Class Descriptions

TRANSFORM

Transform is an 8 week program designed to lead people on their journey to better health.  Taught by Charlene. Classes will be held 4 times a week with the option of daytime or evening. T2 (TRANSFORM 2)

T2 - Transform 2 is a continuation of the original Transform program.  We will continue at the same fitness level we were able to reach in Transform.  Same great classes, T2 members come in three times a week, T2 Unlimited members have access to all T2 classes.  If you wish to stick with the original Transform class that is ALWAYS an option!   If it's been a while since you completed the original program please contact Charlene before signing up for T2. 

VOODOO

VooDoo Fitness is a comprehensive training program designed to meet or exceed everyday function in real life. Workouts vary both in intensity and exercises. This program is GUARANTEED to help you reach your goals in life, whatever they may be. Most people fill different shoes on a daily basis, and this program will help you fill them all. VOODOO ELITE

Who:  Any aspiring athlete aged 13 and up that is looking to stay on top of and improve their current fitness level.

What: This 6 week program has been designed for the off season athlete looking for professionally instructed sessions to prepare him/her for their upcoming sport. This small group format will integrate the USA Weightlifting Sports Performance philosophy along with elements of odd object lifting, mobility, and high intensity metabolic conditioning. There will be a maximum of 6 athletes per group. The goal of this program is to increase strength, power, flexibility, and conditioning. An increase in these components will in turn prepare athletes for their upcoming season and decrease the risk for in-season injury. All instructors are certified USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coaches.
